Former prisoners released by GCTA, 36 PNP surrendered - Up to 36 former prisoners have voluntarily surrendered to the Philippine National Police (PNP) in different parts of the country.
This is following the 15-day grace period granted by President Rodrigo Duterte to ex-convicts released under GCTA law.
Most are still from the PRO-2 which has been beaten 24.
PRO-7, PRO-5, 6, PRO-4A and 4B followed, NCRPO, PROCOR, PRO-8 and PRO-3.
There are still 13 cases of murder and rape.
