Pork barrel scam queen Janet Lim Napoles is among the prisoners eligible for early release with the help of Good Conduct Time Allowance law.
This is based on data submitted by the Bureau of Corrections or BuCor.
The list contains 2,000 names that were released from June 2014 to August 2019.
